Frustrating at times!
I apologize if they didn't respond to your messages. I have addressed this with them before that, even if there is no answer or update, that you still need to reply and keep the communication open. Please PM me your order number and the question/inquiry you were going to ask, and I will bring it to them in the morning and personally PM an answer back to you. And again, I apologize that nobody got back to you.
It's okay, I understand that things slip through the cracks. Honestly, it seems as though my question was answered by Kit Rae when he said they were awaiting more shipments. Thanks for the offer though!

Odd. I still had the HCG page open, so I refreshed it. The Blaster PRO UE is NOT showing as sold out for me. The display has been sold out for a while.

Yep pretty much what customer service was saying. IF they can find another box top, they'll send it through... So if you see one lying around!
Talking to my friend, another collector, he was saying "What? I'd have just thrown it out anyway..." I found that weird... but if anyone else was just planning on tossing theirs, shoot me a PM! (I had a plan for a display using the box and art... now... ehhhhh it looks a bit crappy)

Hey guys, if you are having issues with payments on the website, please send a full detail description of what took place to cs@hollywood-collectibles.com.
Let them know any glitches you encountered in the payment system. I will also try to remember to head over to them and mention to be on the look out for messages about paying through the website system. Perhaps there is a system issue that needs addressed. We need to fix that so things run smooth for you guys to order more efficiently.

I spoke to someone at HCG (Simon I think) When I discovered the full amount had been taken in one go. He said something about PayPal not doing payment plans!?
Mine got through UK Customs with an eye watering charge of £144. - ."Looks the dogs!"
I wonder if there will be a kit version out soon?
