Thanks men. I hope to have a trailer in a couple of weeks. Putting Drexler on the bridge now with the distress call from the USS Drexler. ;)

USS Drexler? LOL No ego there! :lol He's a nice guy and has contributed much to the Trek universe. Looking forward to the video Steve! :thumbsup

Here's Doug before and after the comp. This shot has been rendered and nearly finished but I'm not going to be posting the clip. It will be in the trailer I'll be cutting as soon as I get some more shots done and some effects. I have Matt Boardman, Chris Martin, David Clark, Tony Bruno and his son Alex, and Craig Frey all working and helping on the VFX.

Will Smith did the bridge screen animated graphics which really go a long way to making the bridge look so good. Thanks Feek44(AKA Will).

Here is a frame grab from Digital fusion layout. Enjoy.

Looks great Steve. You have done a great job of blending the live action with the CG bridge. The test footage with you and Rosie looks great; lighting looks perfect! Its really nice to see the bridge displays in operation all together. . . actually on the bridge. Thanks for giving them such a worthy home!!!

Thanks guys. and Will we have just begun to really show hem and use them as they should.

They will be in quite a few shots. Many, many. The show is coming along very well and the team of VFX artists is doing a great job. Very professional. I'm hoping in a couple of weeks to cut the trailer to tease you all.

Well it looks like the quake *puts the shades on* shook your foundation. YYYEEEEEEEAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

With all silliness aside I say that everything looks sweet. And I am very well surprised that JJ Abraims is NOT hiring you for Star Trek?

That chump JJ sure does know how to pass up a Gold mine.

Tailgating, with a dog on a starship. LOL

Well, at least Rosie isn't sticking her head out one of the windows while the ship travels at warp. ;)

Doug looks pretty neat in that frame (nice to see him wearing a season one wraparound).

Well guys I hope this will all become more clear to you in a month or so. I'll have a trailer up in a couple of weeks to get you going more. Effects are proceeding well and Matt Boardman of Doug's Blood and Chrome team is now our VFX super and he's doing a bang up job. I have 5 people doing effects besides me.

Steve

Well actually that's a puppet built by my old friend Tom Burman. But I digress.

There is a scene we shot where I tell Rosie that we'll be home soon and I have a nice Targ bone for here waiting to crew on. Really! No joke.

Now that would be CLASSIC Steve! (y)thumbsup

Not only that there's a scene where I get to my chair and Scotty left behind his Saurian Brandy bottle. Empty.

All this stuff is in the can and shot. Getting some amazing looks at the models and test shots the guys are working on. The USS Drexler is awesome! When I have some finshed tests I'll post them.
