The Dark Knight cowl questions

Hi all, I am trying to build a cowl based on 'The dark knight' movie, basically I want to be able to turn my head. I have never done a pepakura type thing but after searching the forums i haven't been able to find a thread on this (i guess I could be blind lol) So if anyone can help me get ideas on how to make this work that would be great, thanks

Do you have the TDK pep file? DF made one. But I would have to say it wont work that great to just build and wear unless you do it out of foam. It would work perfect for making a master, molding and casting a rubber copy to wear. But unless your into a full out project it is far cheaper and easier to just buy one. IMO.
