The Book of Boba Fett

I still love the story of the T-Rex malfunctioning with all the water on set and scaring the crap out of every one, because of how awesomely life like it was!

Definitely agree that CGI works well when used well. You can't beat JP in my opinion....but I also wanted to be a paleontologist when I was a kid, and am a dino nut !
Same... for 10 years then I realised there was little money in it and became a Dental Tech... similar story lol

if i missed it, please don't get me wrong but can someone show or tell me, where mando has attached the darksaber on his suit.. maybe belt?
Yeah I’ve wondered this too. Often times he just kinda reaches behind and produces the item he needs. My assumption is it must be tucked in his belt. It doesn’t really appear as if he wears it in the way a Jedi would…

He wore it on his belt like a Jedi in some of episode 5, but we didn’t see it at all in episode 6. Maybe he got burned by it so he left it in the N-1

I didn't have a problem overall with the design, but the pasty-blue color just looked off to me. The extra pointy teeth missing from the CW character design does make him scarier to a degree, but they really do need to darken his skin tone a shade or two. We really don't know how they age since we've only peripherally been introduced to them as a species.
In the cantina they were in a misty atmosphere
Out in the Tatooine sunshine it was quite bright..

Just saying..

One image in particular touched me deep inside:

I was thinking about it and came to the conclusion that something was missing...

Yuuup-daaaaa-deeeeeeeeeeee - Now it's PERFECT! :D

I have extensively studied the original Willrow Hood ice cream maker, the Mandalorian version (the V2) and the most recent version in TBOBF (the Garsa). Several interesting differences are present which I will document thoroughly in a lengthy separate thread once I finish my research on the fascinating family tree of Salacious B. Crumb…
Edit-(Kidding, just kidding)
Dang, I was looking forward to that thread. ;)

Soooo... Does anyone think we'll see a flashback of Boba fixing/reforging his armor? I mean, all the ESB/ROTJ damage to the knees/chest/shoulders is gone as was seen in the second season of The Mandalorian.

Also, related question... what's to stop anyone from making a set of Mandalorian inspired armor for Cobb? Obviously it wouldn't be beskar but maybe some durasteel composite? Heavier and less durable than beskar but enough to weather a few blaster hits before failing?

Could even be a different design (Dengar?) but still some protection... and not just sunblock like the Imperials wear. :)

I guess there's just no pleasing some fans. Some complain about the ST and how they hate Rey, Finn, & Kylo and want more OT characters. Then we get a show featuring one of the OT characters and we get complaints about how they're using OT characters instead of new or ST characters. At this point, Disney is damned if they do and damned if they don't. No matter what they do there is just no pleasing even a majority of fans.

Just because characters are new doesn't mean they're decent or well written (especially in regards to the ST). Always running back to established characters that have 40+ years of material and are massively overplayed gets repetitive and runs high risk of alienating fans. Some of the new characters like the Mandalorian, Cobb Vanth and Cad Bane are awesome. The point is Disney needs to present well written, developed, relatable characters. If they did that with anyone- brand new characters, CW, Rebels, PT, OT, whatever most fans will be into it. We all have a right to be discerning in the content we chose to consume. Disney can put forth decent SW, they've proven that a few times. Hope the upswing with better new material continues. :)

Speaking of ice cream makers, I'm surprised that it took this for someone to mention it. I don't always get all of the Easter eggs that show up in this show but even I caught the ice cream maker as soon as I saw it. What really surprises me is that no one here has complained about in some way. No comments about how it's a cheap nod to ESB, how it's the wrong model of ice cream maker, it's the wrong color, it shouldn't be in the show, etc. :p
Oh give it five pages and it will be..

It saddens me that they retconned Willrow’s ice cream maker and made it a “safe” of sorts.

I prefer to think of Willrow as an eccentric who abandoned his wife and children and fled Cloud City with his most valuable possession—his ice cream maker….
