The Book of Boba Fett

OK, I've made it...

HOLY FRAKKIN' SH*********************************TTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is by far THE WORST ENDING since Captain Picard was kidnapped by the Borg! HELL GEEZ!!! Why did they do that????

WHY DO WE HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK FOR THE CONCLUSION????????

Anyone having the number of a good cryonics institute? I'd like to go into hybernation for one week... Please don't wake me up before next Wednesday!

I think he looked great. A little different than what we’ve seen before - paler, his face not quite as elongated - but I guess he is about 30 years older than when we last saw him in BB. But maybe he looks more accurate with regard to the Duros we saw in the cantina in ANH?

They most likely did what they could with prosthetics, but it looked like his mouth was animated. Ahsoka and the Pykes were changed to suit live action prosthetic work better...I thought he looked perfect! Just needed a tooth pick...

We are hoping it gets resolved next week.. im
Betting we’ll have to wait for mando s3 to find out

I thought they totally pulled him off too, I’m curious to the actor, he’s super thin, looks just like him!

Nope I hope she survived.. I’ll miss those two large.. herrmmphh lekku’s

Me too. I didn't saw any lekku flying around, so there is still hope. Boba survived the Sarlacc, Maul survived Obi, Jabba survi-, erh, never mind..! ;)
If you have Jen vs. that little firecracker my bets will always be on her. ;) . Maybe she was injured and protected by a bar table or such. She has to be made in the Black Series. :)

That other guy though (the one with the red top) will certainly live. He was clearly hit in the shoulder. No biggie. ;)

Have to back and watch.. see if you hear a metal sound when he’s hit.. like someone else posted he could have pulled a mcfly

I thought the Pykes in the first scene looked a bit like the old "Power of the Force 2" figures from Kenner. The ones with the "Western stance" and the pronounced upper legs.

You could definitely tell that episode was directed by Filoni . . .

I am happy for all the Luke fans out there that they got all of this material with him. I have just never been a Luke fan, which is why I was open to and able to enjoy the exploration of the character in The Last Jedi without any hang ups based on my reverence for the character. That said, since I am not a Luke fan, I did feel myself checking my watch during the extended training scenes. I fully expected us to get right back to Boba and have Din drop in right before or during the battle with the Pykes with this material seen here done off screen or revealed in Mando Season 3.

The flash back to Order 66 was a nice surprise, even more so that from the footage it appears that those Clones, at least some of them, were actually done in live action. Aside from the differences in belt, compad, and elbow armor shape, Their thigh armor had a visible open seam line on the interior, and one trooper's Shoulder bridge was actually coming off from the back plate. So, either they made a completely new CGI model that tried to put in some intentional wardrobe malfunctions ala ANH TKs, or those were actual, real, physical suits. The first time in Star Wars media we have had real Clone armor!

I also get the feeling Vanth is pulling a "Fistful of Dollars" and had something under his shirt to help him survive and now the Townfolk will rally around him and follow him back to Boba.

The real question now is, with one episode left and no Boba these last two episodes, we will get a final battle/prop season finale, or will we get a Cliff Hanger that leads into Mando Season 3.

Now the flashback scene with Grogu: It looks like it took place at the Jedi library. I think the first person to get shot down was Jocasta Nu. Just watch for the bun. And the one on the left could have been Eeth Koth, right?

I didn’t then catch that!!!

Well sounds is gonna be a looooooong day before I can watch this thing!

A bit annoying that they’ve seemed to have pulled a bait and switch but as “blah” as they’ve made Fett be, maybe it’s not such a bad thing. A good episode is a good episode at this point. I do feel bad for Fett fans though.

See you on the flip side, gents!

Evidently it could be these three:

The light sabers match. But there was a hologram of them getting killed by Anakin.

It wasn't Jocasta though, it was definitely a guy. Also her robes have a striking print on them.

My predictions for Episode 6:

Mando visits Luke and Grogu. Luke is so reliefed to see him again and begs to take Grogu with him because Grogu has eaten up his whole food supply. There is no drop of blue milk available within 30 parsecs so that Luke had to switch to green milk which he has to import from Ahch-To for way too much credits. Now the kid is going for creatures taller than himself. He even started speedruns with Luke's X-Wing to satisfy his desire for racing and to find some new harvest ground. Force ghost Yoda too complains because the child will not listen to "a strange old guy who does not remember how to form sentences correctly any more". Din talks with Grogu and explains to him that he cannot take him with him because he is up to help his pal Bubba to spoil some baddies wearing fancy masks. Grogu immediately clings to Din's leg and does not let it go any more. Din is left with a difficult choice: Either cut his leg off to get rid of Grogu or take him with him...
Halliwax :
Alright, I was not too far off, was I ?

1. Mando visits Luke & Grogu - CHECK!
2. Luke mentioning Yoda (even qouting him!) - CHECK!
3. Grogu always thinking with his stomach - CHECK!
4. a character has to make a choice at the end - CHECK!

Now let's see how Grogu eats the Rancor in ep 7...
