The Book of Boba Fett

You all obviously have not heard that episodes 10 through 12 have been Green lit. It will be the relaunch of the Skywalker saga. When Rey was resurrected by Kylo Ren, she felt him dying in the force. Her grabbing him and kissing him was transferring his essence into her, which fertilized a cell and produced a son. His name is Anakin Skywalker, and he will be the new Herald of the Jedi order.

Sorry guys, she's a goner. Jennifer all but confirmed it:

She better not come out with robotic Lekku or this desk I'm currently typing on, will be flipped over.
..the Twin Suns of Tatooine have set...

And he shall be known throughout the land for his strange hatred of sand, Tuskens, small Jedi humans and high ground.

Maybe this has already been discussed, but is it just me, or is Bane’s accent in BB and BoBF noticeably softer than it was in “Clone Wars”?

I know it had been a long stretch for Corey Burton between CW and BB in terms of voicing the character, but I wonder if it was a deliberate change, or just Burton’s performance naturally changing over time.

I would guess that Dave and Jon had him to change it somewhat, perhaps to reflect on the decades since we last saw the character.

...and BTW, Corey has worked for Disney forever, and does one mean impression of Paul Frees as the Ghost Host in the Haunted Mansion attraction at Disneyland (Nightmare Before Christmas makeover every year) and Walt Disney World (some small, incidental dialogue I believe).

Oh, yes. Corey Burton is awesome. In addition to Dooku and Ziro, he’s also the current voice of Prof. Ludwig von Drake in those awesome, awesome Paul Rudish Mickey Mouse shorts.

Given what appears to be (IMO) the increasing frequency in which actors will obfuscate and flat-out lie to the press to preserve spoilers and plot twists, I am not taking that interview at face value.

I am convinced that she is a much bigger player than we’ve (and Boba has) been led to believe. They didn’t pay someone like Jennifer Beals to just greet Boba at the door a couple of times, and try to talk Krrsantan down for a couple of minutes.

If I am wrong, that that is what they did - what a waste of talent.

Certain things in life must be. You can't have her in this without dancing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed- it makes no sense at all if she’s gone. She made way too much of an impression as a power player in town with that little time on screen. Although, sniff, there is the matter of the Tuskens leaving us prematurely as well, (blows nose)…
