i loved the script, i never read movie scripts but i actually printed out his spiderman script to read ... it really is a shame he didn't get to direct it because i think Cameron would have made a truly amazing spiderman movie (pun intended)...

Have no fear... a few new pics are here!


The front of the arms, belt and the chest are done... Still need to add boots, make a new mask, puff paint the back and make a back spider emblem, so still loads to do!

Also i started my new job today so updates may be a little less frequent/more at weekends, but stay tuned!!!

They're not quite screen accurate cos of my lack of prior planning :facepalm but i like how they have turned out i believe they are meant to be a matt black, but due to easy acquirement and their effective result i stuck with the puff paint. like i said this was never meant to be 100% screen accurate but rather a resourceful build (the way i imagine Peter Parker would have made it )

Done some more progress on the hands' web lines. i'm getting there... slowly

PUFF PAINTING PRO TIP!!!​

Any splatters that occur i just touch up with a bit of acrylic paint. it looks a little messy when really close up, but once you're more than a foot away it's virtually unnoticeable! Especially when there's a brick pattern or similar shading. :cool

thanks and brilliant work so far the gloves really resemble the utimate spiderman costume as dose the whole suit

been trying to find a picture of the palm of the glove but nothing turn up, but from that picture you've gotten it apperes to be a stright foward grid pattern
