The Amazing Spider-man 2 - 3D Print Files/Pattern - FREE

The arm doesn't connect to the chest. It connects to the end of that mask you've shown and to the back piece.

Have you seen this picture yet? It's on the first post and should help you with the sewing.

Oh, yeah. I meant like this (picture). [proof] 2-5YD_0319_FODLYC_CTR_amazing_spider-man-2.jpg
But it still doesn't line up I think... :unsure

You have it connecting to the wrong arm. Connect everything the same way to the other, then it should line up.
Yeah, no. It still doesn't make any sense. In this picture (picture 1) which you showed, it says that arm number 4 is your left arm and arm number 5 is your right (I numbered them to make it clearer).patternAssembly.jpg
But in this picture (picture 2) it says the opposite (both picture 1 and 2 are in the guide).Sewing pattern.png
I think that the second picture is newer and more accurate based on how the newest file of the suit looks like (picture 3). Pattern numbers.jpg
And that would make sense because that's what seem to line up the best, however the first webbing line still doesn't match up (picture 4 and 5) 2015-05-04 21.22.48.jpgUntitled.png
I might just be completely wrong, but what do you think?

Thanks

It looks like your are still trying to connect the parts wrong. On picture 2, you are showing the left arm connecting to the right-back piece.

I just want to note that I have never sewn the suit myself, but from what I've seen from other people's suit, I'm just making educated assumptions.

Sewing pattern.pngBut on the gray side of the picture it says "right arm" and that is clearly the right back-piece that it's connecting to (the one with the white border). How is that arm the left one? And where is the thumb supposed to go? Because if I knew that it wouldn't be that hard figuring out which arm is which.

Look at the reference picture I sent you before. You have them switched. The left arm is #4 and the right arm is #5.

Yeah, I know. But that just looks like an old version considering how the parts are laid out in the newest pattern. And both pictures are in the guide so I don't know what to believe :confused

Everything is in the right place on Ken's file. All the right sides are on the right, all of the lefts are on the left. The only exceptions are the back pieces. Those are swapped.

Look at the shape of the arms on your pictures, and look at the shapes of the arms on the sewing reference picture. Yours are reversed.

Hey guys, I've just sent off Kens pattern for print, I'm really looking forward to seeing how it comes out!
I'm not planning on doing a TASM 2 screen accurate replica so I'm not bothering with the shooters or soles. I decided to modify the face shell and lenses slightly to fit my face a bit better.
Once modified I had to split it up again for print... really hope my measurements are accurate :/
Let me know what you think!
