I'm pretty sure you're able to see without them. It's just if you need extra
Um, cool? But then why share it here? Share it in the "show us your spidey pics" thread or share it in a thread related to Crazy dog's work. To post it here IS disrespectful.A preview of my crazy dog asm2 fully puffy painted cosplay. No disrespect to kens work, just wanted to share. The colors are amazing!http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h269/wakekid2001/Mobile Uploads/20140705_231057_zps9468f731.jpg
How much did it cost?Actually, I did order a custom print from them. I was just asking because I thought it was known that they offer that service. Their service is by request.

hey guys does anyone know which program i use to resize the suit print, i am making an orhadar superior print and have run into some problems. i am 5'11" so the suit is supposed to fit fine, but its tight(my shouders are apparently wayyyy too buff)
i need to order another mask to fit the face shell better basically, but i have no idea how to resize it in photoshop, or if a .tif file can be resized. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you. so stressed....im in crunch time, as i need it by comic con and i know its gonna be at least ten days to get the print from FOB.
You can use photoshop to resize it. The .tif file should open in photoshop. There is a ruler tool in photoshop View attachment 347074
Using the picture you measure the height for you. If it's just the shoulders that are a problem you can try measuring every piece of the pattern out separately
if you want to print on colored faric, you would need to seprate red and blue part from patternIve been with this thread since it started and most of the people who print kenlandrums file use fod, and that looks really good but Ive seen some people who use like a dye sublimation like KinoKaoru seen in this photo with pretty good results. my question is, is there any way to print kenlandrums pattern onto colored fabric like KinoKaoru did with his or would that not look any different or worse. and again i don't know much so any information would be helpful.

Ollie (AKA OVDH from the old SuperheroHype days) used to use Direct Digital Printing over dye sublimation, if memory serves me correctly. And his work is still considered one of the pinnacles of Spidey suit replication...despite the bad way he left the community and the bad taste he left in everyone's mouth.
In reality, the printer's time, effort, care, and calibration are more important than which method they use. If you have a technique and a printer that works for you, fantastic! If not, keep looking around.
I will say this: it is extremely difficult to find a company willing to dye sub onto colored fabric you provide. Trust me, I've looked. DDP would have wider tolerances to allow you to do that, though.

PS: a good dye sub shop can actually overcome a lot of the whiteout effect...sadly the one that's best at it was used for SM3, and they don't seem willing to make replicas. Haha
Which company was it? And could you attach photos? And if you print on white fabric couldnt you dye it like crazydog500 did or will that not look at good, because his looks pretty good and i think he printed it on fodI think the white out is more due to the fabric. Not to the technique. Maybe im wrong ^^
I had a test print from uk that had a much thinner "meshed" polyester spandex mix with a much smoother surface than FOD.
And there i almost had no white out effect.
