Actually with some help from Google you can build your own vacuum former for 30ish bucks?
Haven't tried it myself but it's easy to find a lot of tutorials on it online.

I ordered tracks asm2 frames the larger size. Will the lenses have that vacumed out curve or is that only with his shell/frame combo?Im so lucky to have tjacks

Only the combo ones have that. Cause they are shaped already too.

A glue gun or a heat gun?

A heat gun is used, not a hot glue gun. It warps pretty well with enough heat, just don't over, or under do it. Under doing it will result in the frame cracking, and over will result in a bit of melting, or too hot for you to handle. It is pretty easy once you give it enough heat to start bending.

Kenlandrum could you make the webshooters into a pep file. I don't have any money for 3d printing. I would really appreciate it.

Hey guys thought I should let you aware that using
Sculpteo | Votre design 3D devient réalité avec l'impression 3D
for plastic 3d Printing, they charge $61 for the faceshell in a white plastic.
They also have resin and alumide as material.
For plastic you can change the color but anything other than white for plastic makes the price shoot up to $100.

Frames are $7
And kens raimi faceshell cost $20 to get printed.

run in the models through netfabb and convert from inches to mm SCALE UP. All will be perfect.

Go to shapeways and get them done.. They are so small I could never pep them... They are very cheap to 3d print. Check it out!Kenlandrum could you make the webshooters into a pep file. I don't have any money for 3d printing. I would really appreciate it.

If its suppose to be printed in cm's here are the prices of the raimi shell and tams2 shell, frames in cm and webshooters in mm.
