I want to thank Kenlandrum for all the time and hard work he has put into the love of recreating the ASM projects. You Sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. I have several cold-ones with your name on them if you ever hit the Midwest!
Would you guys recommend uploading the .pdf to FabricOnDemand (which is about 1.2GB) or a high-res .jpeg which is around 200mb?
And thank you very much for the print! I heard it fits 6ft - 6.2ft... which is perfect for me!
I have a question for ken and the contributors here. Has anyone downloaded the shell or shooters files only find that they are a 3d surface and not a 3d solid? Any options to work around this for 3d printing?
I would get the pattern just how you want it... convert to CMYK, save as a jpg and upload!

Shooters are solid and the face shell is... well shelled. Both files should be print ready.
Do you mean I will have to re-size the file as I'm 6ft and very skinny? Or do you think the file size is appropriate?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you so much! I understood
that your model had to be a solid in order to be able to 3d print. Do you know if anyone has successfully printed your shell? If so, was it Shapeways or a private printer?

Also Ken, where in the Midwest buddy? I travel all around for my day job.
A large percentage of forum members are in the US, where it hasn't been released yet. That's probably why there haven't been many opinions shared so far. Regardless, that discussion would be better suited to the "Entertainment and Movie Talk" section of the forum, mate. Not here.
