I just re-watched CHAPPiE and looked online to see if anyone was selling these only to find the one running the"screen used" scam.

i have easy access to the correct model clear case, and would buy the USB in bulk to keep costs down.
price dependant upon interest, but i think i can keep it in the $75 - $80USD plus shipping range.
