Terminator: Genisys

re: Terminator 5 (Reboot)

He had no condom. That's the problem. [And with the staff. How humiliating.]

Reboot the Terminator as a cyborg sent back to have sex with Sarah Connor.

Arnold used to say he was the sperminator he'll come again.

re: Terminator 5 (Reboot)

I always wanted to see a Terminator sequel that takes place at the same time as the 1984 original.

You could have a second resistance fighter and a second Terminator sent back to L.A. just moments after Reese arrives.

Reese would have no way of knowing that 2 others made it through. That way you could have a nice game of cat and mouse with the second resistance guy trying to track down the other Terminator before it can (also) find Sarah Conner, or better yet, have Reese be it's target.

You would never have to see Arnold or Reese or Sarah really. Just haveing it take place at the same time and in the same locations as the original would be cool.

The new terminator could be targeting Reese this time to stop him from hooking up with Sarah. Reese is just as important to the future of John Conner as Sarah is.

I'd just love to see another Terminator film set in '84, alluding to things that are happening off screen that we know about from the original film.

I'm up for another Terminator, I just want to see the future Bale-Salvation story line wrapped up first.

Only problem with that scenario is that Skynet doesn't know about Reese.

re: Terminator 5 (Reboot)

I'm glad they are on hold. Hopefully he'll get his head on straight. I don't trust his judgement doing Terminator after seeing the woman he cheated with. WTF Arnold?

re: Terminator 5 (Reboot)

Apparently unlike the Terminator he isn't picky about who he gets in his sights. I hope he doesn't wait too long, it's not like he's getting younger.

re: Terminator 5 (Reboot)

This is what happens when you ask the question... " who do I have to skrew around here to get a decent Terminator script "

re: Terminator 5 (Reboot)

It reminds me of that Seinfeld episode when George did the cleaning woman at work. "Was that a bad thing?"

re: Terminator 5 (Reboot)

Its not a paradox, all could be explained, summed up and make sense if the future films focus on story vs nonsense explosions and boobs.

I'd love to see how the writers will try to explain the machines' plan to kill Conner, because the best the machines' could think of was was having one naked T-800 throw Conner up against walls until he was dead. Why wasn't the T-800 armed? Why didn't they just flood the base with poison? Or better yet, why didn't they just blow up their whole base when Conner was inside it?!

re: Terminator 5 (Reboot)

No, the best the director could think of was a T-800 having a wraslin' match with Target Number 1. Just grab his head, stick the fingers into his brain, and rip the head in half. Terminated.

On that theory, why didnt they just send the next Terminator back one minute before at any point the original T800 was in a certain area at a certain time... Its a movie. What your also missing is the original story line in Salvation that had multiple human hybrids inside and outside Skynet. Ive said it many times before, Salvation is a hollow movie thats been intentionally stripped of all story and time travel. This includes explanations for both past and future happenings. Whats sad is much of this is obvious in the film if you pay attention even though its been erased from the story/film itself. Thats a contradiction but watch Salvation again, the time travel is Marcus, we see three of them total including the human Marcus at the horrible jail sequence, another at the base raid laying dead on the table, then a new one after the nuke. Salvation had the potential to be a total mind **** and the second best Terminator film but suffered from a laughable green lighted script, bad director and casting not to mention horrid cinematography.

The T800 dispatched the T600 like that :lol then stuff around with a soft and squish human for the next 15 min's... I total agree, in the first film you had a real sence of fear for the characters that if that "thing" gets them it's going to tear them to bits weapon or not.
