TDK Batman mask (Gotham City FX costume)

I have a Gotham City FX Dark Knight cowl/mask and its made for a 23.5 inch head, which I have.

But putting the thing on ...tight! My eyes bulge making me look like Homer Simpson lol

I am in hopes that this thing stretches some in the future? Any tips on masks that are a bit too snug? (No need for wetting hair remarks, aint got much!)

You could try putting helmet foam under the cowl above your eyebrows on your forehead. That might help with the homer effect
