Tau auxiliary Costume

What are you thinking for the pulse pistol? You could try this. Pricy but looks like it could be modded for easy Tauishness (pretty sure that is not a word).

I need to either start working on my tau stuff or clean up my IG armor for multiple sets for friends.

Having looked at what I would want a Pulse pistol to look like and size wise - i've decided it won't fit the holster I have.

So I scrapped that and made a laspistol instead. I figure as its a human then they would still have some human gear left from being in the guard etc. Plus the laspistol shape fits my holster better.

I literally threw this together with minimum measuring and used what I had to hand.

Gonna paint the main body same as the armour etc and have scope/barrel/grip gunmetal/blacky colour.

Is there any kind of "butt-plate" on the statuette or is it "bare" ?

There is a butt-flap, side plates and a groin 'box' - but I decided to leave those off for ease of movement and sitting down etc.
