I think that sounds too unilaterlly.
I would eat more deversified. I would miss the fruits, vegi, vitamines and minerals.

How do u do a chocolate milk with 1600calories? That is ca daily consumption of a grown up!

It is milo milk, a little pack of it is 400calo, i drink 4 of it, i put 4 pack of it into a skake bottle and do it just like when you guy do serious mass drink
It is about nearly 1liter
I also eat fruit everyday too

Ok. i dont know that milk. :)

When i did look at my food i always did look atvthe amount of protein and that i eat different forms of proteins.
Like a meal with 100g cottage cheese,200g fish, and some vegi. Or something. So that i had ca 30g protein in every meal. So i had 120-150g protein a day (4-5meals).

Nowadays i dont look so much cause of work. I have breakfast. Lunch and dinner. And between that i eat joghurt and quark and fruits ^^

Here r some pros im the thread. They will know more bout it ^^

Well here is my diet,what do you guy think
Morning : chocolate milk 1600calorie, bread with eggs is about 200calorie
Lunch. : 4 bowl of rice + food is 1000 calorie
Afternoon: chocolate milk 1600 calorie
Dinner :same lunch
Total is about more than 4000 calorie a day
I also workout , lift weight, pull up, push up
I am trial to gaining weight
And also if i wrong anything, pls dont laugh lol

It's not milk if you're mixing it with something. Switch that crap out for regular whole milk.

With that diet, I don't know how you're not gaining weight. How old are you? What else are you doing that is burning all of your surplus? It's kind of a vague description of what you're eating. General rule when setting up a food plan is if you bite it, lick it, or taste it you write it. There's something more behind this. Give us some more info and we can help you out.

I'm currently 134lbs 5'9". I've been lifting weights and doing HIIT but where I need some help is diet. Right now I can barely hit 3000 calories a day, does anyone have good recipes or ideas for calorie/nutrient dense meals that aren't so filling?

Milk. Drink it. Lots of it.

Ok. Well for those stats, and assuming you lead a very active lifestyle, 3600cal a day should still gain you about 2lbs a week. Unless you're doing some ridiculous training on top of playing sports on top of running marathons on top of swimming 600000000 miles a day. What's your training regiment look like?

Get your diet dialed in then add weights. Heavy weights. Look into Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Or the Conjugate Method by Louie Simmons.

Hey guys! my gym goal has always been to have a spiderman type body (i think a great way to set fitness goals it to try to get the physique of your favorite hero) i already have an tall slim build (very andrew garfield-esque) so its a perfect goal for me. I thought i would share this neat workout:

in addition to the spidey routine i cycle in pushup routine and bicep shoulder press combo one day, another day pull ups four days a week, with bike riding added in whenever i can. been doing it a few weeks and its working nicely. i was always fit but the last year or so let myself go because of a wrist injury so i have the fun of starting ALL over again which is always a delight, but it feels great to feel strong again! Id also love to get into parkour since i feel thats the perfect true spidey workout, but thats a whole different fitness goal right there haha.

That's the stuff; a great workout! And an admirable/achievable goal. Did you put that together yourself?

I think the 2 minutes rest between the sets is too long. Arent the muscles cooling down already tjhen?
I do 20-30second breaks between sets.

I once was once your weight. Then I got married with children. Lol. Seriously though, Initially I had to lose fat without sacrificing myself because I was already a thin muscular build. I guess that takes years to get big muscles by using minimal weights. Power/stamina.

I would do slmething like the shaun t insanity workout combined with some kettlebell training.

Or go swimming like there is no tomorrow :)

I bought a pull up bar and I'm getting two or 3 sets of dumb bells and a weighted vest.

I just dumbbells and a curling bar.

But i guess i look more like a boxer/mma than like a swimmer ^^
Also comes from my former sport.
