TASM 2 COLLAB Project.

Another update guys!!! Keep in mind this will give me the general idea, I will mod the shapes in Photoshop. Thoughts?

Good try, but i would ask is the game model accurately enough?!

It's not quite accurate, especially being restricted by its geometry, but like I said its to get the rough idea of how the pattern will behave, I'm going to tweak the shapes in Photoshop..

Another update guys! I traced over most of the sections with vectors. What I will do next is tweak the vectors to match the official TASM 2 pattern by carefully looking at the reference photos. Now if people would like I will upload with what I have and have people make the adjustments themselves, upload the modded .psd file for others to tweak/use as you wish, remember this is a collaboration thread! Tell me your thoughts on my current progress!

I'm bad at suit files, but could you elaborate on your update some more? I would love to read a narration of what you have going on dude

Well I created shapes from UV mapping the TASM 2 game model of Spidey then I look at reference pics and make adjustments.

I like where your headed with this, do you plan on ripping the pattern from the game? Don't quite mean ripping but can't think of another word to use.

I just used the game model to make a rough idea of the pattern as reference. I prefer the word referencing.

the more ways you separate that suit the harder it is to be sewn unless you get a master seamstress...from all the suits i seen the hardest part to get sewn flawlessly was the shoulders... and the face mask people keep using the raimi mask which is flawed unless sewn perfect also looks like ***** on a tasm1 suit.. go more for the mclean type mask ... those are the two most seen and vital parts of the suit there is... also on my painted tasm1 suit i noticed some puffiness in the hip area...and flawed uzips that make the material bunch up and the impossibly hard zipping the uzip at the waist even with a partner i cannot fully zip it ...

I will keep that in mind! Thanks!

The segment about the making of the new suit was incredibly short and wasn't really informative beyond talking about new designs. They did feature this screen shot though. I hope this'll help us out.
