Just read through this entire thread, so forgive me if I missed an obvious answer blame it on third-degree eyeburn:
Is it still possible to get in on this deal, and if so what flaming hoops do I have to jump through to do so?

As a guy machining 100+ peices (Metal Terminator arm)on an X2 and the worst manual lathe ever invented, I feel your pain. Fixturing can be tough but it looks like you have a full blown production CNC shop at your disposal. Is that a 5 axis machining center? Wow, awesome equipment.
Hi guys, sorry for the long delay on this project, I thought machining the angles on the blades was going to be stright forward and do them the same way I do the batarang angles, but as there smaller we were having problems holding them so now we are designing a little fixture to hold them,

Also the light saber run is more simple to start, plus I have dragged my Dad in to do most parts on those

I think it is reasonable to let people have a rough time estimate as to when this must be done.
Having no definite timeline can drive folks a bit batty. :behave

Hi guys no these wont be done before xmas, Every thing is set to start machining start or JAN.
Jig and fixture is all worked out and ready to go.
Im really sorry for the hold up. I wanted to make sure these could be done right

Due to a recent job loss and inability to find work, I'm going to have to bow out of this run. I have paid my deposit, and pending the "Ok" from Russ, I'm just going to sell my spot on the list. If you are interested in the spot, PM me, I'll make arrangements once I get the "ok" from Russ.
