So basically what you are saying after transcribing your language is that you will START machining our claws in another few months?
Hi guys sorry for the delay, I had to finish the last few custom orders on my v2 run before we went full swing in to these, The good news is I just shipped my last v2 hilts out so I am good to go again on this project. And gearing every thing up next week to get machining again. As you know all blades are laser cut

Hi guys sorry these are working out more tricky than I first thought, I was hoping they were going to be the same as the batarang i do but as theres not alot lot to hold on to when machining we have had to try different ways
below is a pic of the programming and trying one on the machine. By the end of next week I will know if this is a go or not. If it cant be done I will refund all deposits

guys if these were easy to make we all would be making them,as for me i've paid my deposit and i can wait,if it all falls down we will get are money back.
Give Russ a break,he has a very good reputation and i don't think he will destroy it by not doing this run justice,(i have never met Russ,so i'm not taking sides).
As i said before not everybody is a slave to the internet,and normal life get's in the way......give it time
Russ posted as i was typing this ,so now we all know,but i would still take a few sets to try and edge myself if the price is right

Its ok if your having troubles, but you should be talking to us and letting us know this instead of weeks going by with nothing nothing nothing. So stay in communication with us and we can wait patiently, if not then we get antsi because thats usually a sign of getting screwed or neglected. Neither of which do we want from you and everything you've done in the past.
We want your work not the deposit, so please keep us in the loop with a post once a week at least, PLEASE.
Is it possible that the originals had hold downs in the knuckle area, that you could bolt thru to machine the bevels and then go back and machine out after the bevels were done???
All of the original photos from James show the claws much longer to start and with a bolt hole.
Then even in the corrected claw size, the knuckle isn't cut out yet its still squared.
That would give you more to hold down options, but also one more area to machine out.
Unfortunately if that's a requirement...... it may be to late because the claws were cut to finished shape???
