It would depend on where in Oregon you are. The staff at Oregon Leather in downtown Portland could probably give you some good local references. Also check with Langlitz Leather, they make motorcycle jackets but I'm not sure if they take in alterations for anything that they don't make, but they may be another reference source. There is a tailor in Gresham that advertises doing leather alterations on the sign outside the store but I don't recall the name. I've been meaning to go there with a project that I don't have time for myself. I've done various types of leather work, but I wouldn't want to tackle someone elses at the moment, especially if it's an original B3. I don't think my machine could handle that weight of leather.
