Oh my God!! I can't even describe how amazing this is!! I love it, the parts look like they have been forged in Cyberdyne systems!! Amazingly detailed and talented, keep up the good work!! :)
 
Ok I've been busy casting, so time for a stock take and update, at this stage what you see is just layed out like a big puzzle, rough and not at all cleaned up, but it has helped me work out what's missing and what's needed, I need to make some custom ball-joints for the hips and there does seem to be some pistons that will need to be repeated for the neck and shoulders, but it's coming down the the wire now and it's finally looking and feeling "real", as I say in the video, the true work can now start and boy is there a long way to go, but seeing this strange coming to an end just makes me want to power into the finishing and assembly stages even more......

That.. Is .... EPIC!! I salute you sir!! An alloy endoskeleton would be my ultimate grail piece!! So jealous and inspired!!
 
Wow, Jaz, that really does look the part. The assembled right hand looks fantastic. Looking forward to seeing the progressing of each piece.

Made this up from a mash up of other pictures and specks I lay no claim to the bits used, but I think the look of it came out pretty well.
Just me fooling around with Photoshop....
I was thinking that I may use it as part of the finished display when he's done
