It displays nicely next to your Deckard Blaster, but I wouldn't have as many negative observations about it if it were more appropriately priced for what they delivered - like $49.95 or something like that.

One has just been listed on ebay, located in Aurora Illinois, at $795.95.
The seller is using exactly the same pictures, with the 'Wave 1 Collectibles' logo on them, that you have just posted.
As this is your first and only post on the rpf I'm thinking this must be yours.
I’ll give you $49.95 for it if it is.
It is my listing. I'm fishing for traffic with it, nothing more. It's the best way to use a junk piece to create curiosity. It can sit there forever and not sell for all I care.

My post here had nothing to do with me trying to sell on eBay and clearly I didn't come here to pimp that product. You've deciphered nothing of merit with your very basic keyboard sleuthing, but I doubt you'll believe that. I've also haunted these forums on and off for years going as far back as the initial custom lightsaber craze, so I'm fairly versed on the good posters and the guys who do the instantly negative keyboard warrior mental algebra. ;)

Hooray. My offer stands.

Well then you'll know it's not something I instantly do. My offer still stands.
Well in that case I'll decline your offer. Although the Chronicles piece is probably worth about what you are offering, unfortunately, like everyone else that bought it I've got more than that into it. But thank you.

I hope your life is better for this exchange that you've invited with these posts. We've really accomplished something with this. -pats on cheek- Nice work!

I also like this bit: "Shipping: We do not believe in shipping gouging! "

But the item for sale is fair game. Lol!

Fishing for traffic? Is that like putting a ridiculous price on something and trying to take advantage of someone who doesn't know any better?
I think assumptions like that are more indicative of your world view than they are of mine. But you guys go ahead and fight your perceived injustices here on the RPF because I posted a picture of a toy blaster. I didn't even link to the listing. I made no attempt to conceal it. I used the same images. But you guys do your head math. (y) Congrats - you've fought your evil for the day and your lives are better for it.

Is chronicle shipping them out? Or are you out of luck if you did preorder with them?
I spoke with Sideshow last week to see if they had any insider news. They advised that they are still waiting for other Chronicle items (like the cyro-can) and had no idea how that was going to shake down. They also confirmed that they had not been approached to do any order fulfillment for Chronicle. From Chronicle, no word from them our their attorneys. It would be nice if those of us who ordered direct from Chronicle receive our blasters. I'm assuming the worst and can be pleasantly surprised if it works out in the end.

Based on photos and reviews shared here and elsewhere, it is not as good a product as I had hoped would be produced (through no fault of the artists who did the solid design work for this project), but it is better than I had feared. Say what you want about the retail price. In this hobby, you won't see me throwing stones at what people will spend their money on. :)

Unfortunately, as people have stated it is a bit disappointing since its basically a high end toy plastic gun.
Was expecting a bit more quality and moving parts for the price.

Still a nice addition. Its saving grace is that its a limited run of 300.

Nice spinner! I bit the bullet and bought one from Sideshow. I wish I had waited and chosen BBTS. I could have saved about 30 dollars. They weighted the back end with something so it does have a little heft to it. The seam is atrocious. I don't think there is any way to disassemble this without breaking it.

The business end of the gun slightly inserts into the body and is held in by pressure. This lets it ever so slightly veer to the right which kills the perfectionist side of me. I don't understand the sloppy paint on the 'power cell' since the entire gun is pristine. They also cheapened out on the LED's with all firing at once and then the end just flashing. It would have been cool if the side ramped up like a gauge and then the end fired with bright white LED's.

One more minor quip - the base. I don't like the fact that when the gun is fully seated, it angles up. I have to put it about halfway on the stand so that the gun will be straight.

They also could have done something about those numerical dials on the gun. They could have made them functional or something.

Yes. The little slider could have been functional. I keep thinking of new things. Have the sides ramp up when the barrel is extended, ramp down when it is folded. Power up/down sounds, etc...
