Superman New 52 Costume Question

Hey fellow RPF'ers!

So I've seen this on eBay for some, and have been interested in buying it. What do you guys think about the quality? Anyway you would improve it? Anybody know of anyone who has purchased it? Think it would be better to just make my own and try to use the armor look somehow?

nah I didn't see the one on the costume, but I was talking about the figure, LoL.

I don't think it's all that bad of a suit, the basic design obviously looks like the new 52. However, depending on how close you want to get to what the suit really looks like, you might want to try to make it look armored.

Could always buy that suit if its a fair price and modify it from there so you don't have to start from scratch.

haha agreed! Suit looks okay, just modify it to get it looking accurate.

hi where can i get one of these suits i am a huge superman fan and love alternate realities and different costumes for characters love to own one of these , thanks Neo I just joined this site and must say some awesome costumes here great place of like minded folks i think i will fit right in lol Neo

so of course now that im tryin to buy the new 52 suit ,the one on top, i cant find it. the ebay listing didnt work. can anyone help

I have the statue... I'm using it as a reference for a build I'm working on. It is in gorgeous detail. I found while making my suit (http://www.therpf.com/f77/new-52-superman-203431/) that I also had to refer to the action figure you see pictured because there seem to be slight variations on the armor segments as each artist draws the suit. I tried using frames from the comics, but again, some artists make variations and some simply don't draw all the lines that you would expect to see in that particular angle. Anyway. To answer your question, its a great statue with high accuracy to the New 52 look. I'll be doing some YouTube and RPF updates this week on my suit. I'm considering taking commissions... let me know what you think!
