I really wanna do a superman costume i really like the Superman Returns costume. is there any sites or tutorials

Probably your best place to start is a forum called "the League of Heroes". Lots of very talented members there, and a few tutorials in the "Costuming tutorials" section.

There's a bunch of threads already running on the SR costume, so be sure to poke around before asking stuff that's already been answered.
