Im working on my iron man pepakura but im a huge superman fan. I saw this picture on another thread and am wondering if you amazing costume designers could make a guys dream come true. It looks like an Iron Man suit with the superman theme.

i like the look of the suit that is in the game injustice gods among us. supermans suit looks armored from all the pix ive seen. all the coustumes in that game look armored lol anyway good luck on your biuld

I was thinking someone could modify say a Mark 2 or 4 to handle the changes. Mark 2 body with the shoulders of 4 and some slight alterations on the top of the helmet. This would be great if everyone could pitch in. Who knows maybe this could be the start of Iron Man armor superhero mods. Coming soon wolverine armor? Captain America?

You have to do it yourself. Mod like that need to be done manually.
You are thinking to have it mod via software you need:
1. Permission from the originator
2. Skill on 3D software, or if you have none:
3. Ask someone that can.

In the mean time, do it manually.
It shouldn't be that hard.
BTW, do we need permission for manual mod?

Cape won't burn, the same as Rocketeer's boot.
But actually SUperman's cape is still shorter that the boot, so technically the cape have no contact on the boots exhaust.

But my question: why Superman need an armor for? Not enough yellow sun?

I like the idea of the mark 3 cod, and abs, the mark 6 chest, edited mark 6 arms and shoulders... helmet would have to be a scratch...

The White Lantern design is perfect. I dont know how to do much and im pretty much a noob at all this but i figure someone would take up this task. I could do with the modded chest on that white lantern and make my own superman symbol. Your pic gives a good area on the chest for making other heroes.

I have been working on designing a Superman Armor myself. Some people have said why does he need armor. My take on that is this is to help protect vital areas of the body against Kryptonite bullets and stuff.
This is what I am working on.

it can be done, but the hair makes it look weird

Looks like someone did some slight mods to an ironman photo. I would guess that someone would just have to play around with it using superman photos as a reference. This is probably what other people would do if they were to do other superhero versions of iron man. I used to be able to see cross over toys but dont think it was DC.

I'm pretty sure that's mark 3 abs, if that helps anything.

The helmet and legs look like the extremis ironman modified to have hair and boots. The extremis shoulder caps should work. The arms look like a mark iv and the chest like a mark vii. It is very possible to make. It's kind of along the lines of my suit other than I'm sticking with a ironman them not superman. My suit is a hybrid of multiple suit models I adapted into one suit. You should be able to easily find the files you need on here if you search for the models I listed. Good luck I would really like to see the finished product.

I actually just made that for a convention in the area haha

I was thinking on using this without the helmet and hands. Superman's boots have always gotten about a hands length just before the knee. Having the V style on it.
