SUIT UP - Spidey Workout Threat

Although Spidey has a lot of muscles in the comics, i like the normal guy look, like in the movies much more.

Well spidey is like a ripped but still slim. Like a free climber, breakdancer or something.
Andrew garfield looks good in the suit. He has the right anatomy for it.
But thats not me :p maybe when im 35 or 40 i will go to less weight and more stamina training. For now i wanna get rid of the "feeling being the skinny weird guy" i was and still kinda feel like ^^

Thanks for posting this. I've got a bit of a belly I need to get rid of before putting on a costume, and definitely need to build up the chest and arms. I might try your workout, but I also found this for those looking for something a little less intensive:

I just know a friend told me that you have to be under 8% to be able to see the abs.

My goal was to get like Henry Cavill in man of steel. But i guess i wont get there :) i would have to gain ca. 30lbs to get there.
And my gf wouldnt like it too. Lol


I want to gain ca. 10lbs. But mostly on my legs to get a better ratio of legs and upper body.

I have 15% body fat and can see my abs. That rule is not necessarily true. Everyone's body deposits fat differently. I would say you're sitting at about 13% body fat. That's not bad or anything, but at 4-8%? No way. Bodybuilders get to that level in competitions for about three days max. But your plan looks fine and you are definitely in shape. You just seem severely misguided about where you stand. Keep up the good work.

I never measured my bodyfat^^ i just wrote a number due to what ppl told me.
Atm i have more body fat than i ised to have. Bit thats good cause my cheeks r pretty thin lol.

its super crappy but it shows the abs workout i do tuesdays and thursday.

woaww ,can't wait to see how you will fit your suit,its gonna be awesome with that shape, im alson planning on doing a ''spidey-workout'' since i just have pecs and no abs..
 
Atm i do a 30days abs program from HASfit.
I will see how i look after it ^^
If i like it i will stop my 2days abs workout a week and just do the 30days workout over and over again :D
Its fun to do actually.

I guess im in a good spidey shape now. Chest could be more but i do 60kg chest press already -.- thats the mac i can put on my bar.

Thanks ^^ its a positive addiction.
I used to smoke and sometimes did party hard.
Those addictions i replaced by training :D

There is nothing better than the feeling after teaining and workout ^^
Even when i hate it sometimes to teain
