Sucker Punch: The worst movie I've seen in the last five years!

"Should've listened" works as well.

Indeed!
The third option -- my favorite option -- is to actually contribute something to a thread, in which case nobody will care if your grammar is perfect.

See, this and my previous post contribute nothing, so I'm extra careful about the grammar. It's a proportional relationship. If you've got nothing to say and can't say it right, you're too far to both sides of the scale.

Didn't Trinity do that pose in one of the Matrix movies?

Sort of, but if memory serves it was more like the splits with her hand in front of her, I don't think she went to her knee. Second movie when she jumped off the motorcycle?

Personally I kind of liked the movie. It was kind of slow at times but the fantasy action sequences were fun and they were able to get away with a lot since it was fantasy. As someone who is ground crew for airshows, the B-25 is not nearly that spacious inside and had .50 cals all the way around. She would have been better off at the mid upper turret and Tell Amber to keep the dragon on the 3/9 line and rolled towards it but now I'm getting way to realistic LOL.

TBH it's not a movie I would go out of my way for based on the advertising, but since we supplied props for it I was kind of intrigued to check it out and thought it was a decent movie.

I dunno, I just wasted an hour and ten minutes (thank god for fast forward) on Drag Me To Hell. Some effective though really old-hat shock moments but FOR CRAP'S SAKE, could it have been ANY more predictable and humdrum!??

Made me want an additional final scene where the boyfriend gears up and goes on a mad rampage against the old woman's next-of-kin. Seriously, who knew gypsies were THAT much of a public menace? Apparently we have these demon-summoning, inappropriately-extreme-vengeance-seeking psychopathic old ladies LIVING AMONGST US! Won't somebody THINK OF THE CHILDREN!??!?
Oh boy !!! Finally ! I'm not alone anymore on Earth. :D
Well, this "Drag me to hell" was supposed to be the movie's title, not how I felt from the movie... What a piece of crap, from the guy who did so good movies before...
Oh, well.

I jusy finished watching this worthless piece of crap. It cost me a dollar at Red Box. I want my dollar back AND the last two hours of my life! I would give more details as to why I hated this movie but that would require investing more of my life into this movie than it deserves.

That is all.

+1 completely agree

You Guys have no sense of quality movies. Sucker Punch is a suberb Movie! The combination of film and music as well as camera ankles is awesome. And as you all know Zack Snyder is not the average Regisseur. His films always have a more or less "strange" flair. I liked it very much and would recommend it to anyone who asks me about.

Agreed. TERRIBLE movie. Some of the hottest costumes I've ever seen, and it wasn't enough to make me watch the whole thing.

Most misjudged film since The Thing and Blade Runner in 82.

See you in 20 years naysayers.

You really think so? I mean, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and in no way am I bashing you for liking the movie, but I thought it was just BAD. I'm a huge fan of 300 and Watchmen, so I was excited to see something original from Zack Snyder. I was extremely dissapointed. The action scenes were cool for the most part, but everything else in between was just awful. The whole thing about her dancing and the action being in her head just didn't work, the characters were shallow with no real development or any reason to care about them, and Snyder totally dropped the ball with the soundtrack. The songs chosen were actually really awesome, but I felt they were completely misused. The weak ending was the final nail in the coffin.

This film had the potential to be totally bad ass, but what we got just felt sloppy, and thrown together, almost like Snyder penned a first draft and just went with it with no revision or polishing.

I seriously doubt this film is going to suddenly gain attention as a great movie that was initially misjudged in the coming years. The Thing and Blade Runner gained cult followings because they were (and still are) amazing works of cinema. Sucker Punch is just plain awful.

Of course, that's just my opinion.

I watched this last week while I was sick. I don't think it's THE worst, but far below average. It's not the first time I was disappointed by a pretty girl in a hot outfit. :lol

I finally watched this and I'm torn. There was such potential but I think it was just executed poorly, mainly due to the pacing. The main fantasy part should have spent more time developing the characters while the dance fantasies should have been much much shorter.

The music was great, but in the dance fantasies, I think Snyder should have condensed everything so each sequence only lasted as long as the main song. That would have cut a good chunk out of the run time and made the movie more bearable. There's only so much slow-mo fighting people can stand.

I'm just worried about how The Man of Steel will turn out. But one thing is for sure... based on Snyder's track record, MoS should at the very least have an amazing intro/title sequence. :)
