I thought I would share one of my favorite Props from the recently released SUCKER PUNCH.

This is the hero Chalkboard which BABYDOLL used to record the 4 items that they needed in order to escape the Asylum.

It was fortunate that the SET DEC department did not erase or alter the Board once shooting was over.

Is there any way to treat the writing so it doesn't erase or are you even going to try?
I know in art class we used to use something called Workable Fixative that made things like chalk & pastels much more durable without changing the look of the art.

Just a suggestion.

^^That would work. Honestly what I would use for chalk pastels would be non-scented hairspray. Works great and locks everything in.

Did you notice when Babydoll is writing the list the type changes between camera scenes? 1 Minute it is cursive then block then cursive again. I love continuity errors and I love this film.

We're cosplaying this in October I'm the wiseman lol
