That was Sean Sides. A team of people worked for years on this recreation. At least one of them is a member here. The project was completed long ago and they produced several copies. As far as I know, they are no longer producing any parts for this subject.

Thanks! I’m not as much looking for purchasing one. I’d like more images of the rim. I remember shots of the original studio model on what’s his name’s patio, but those have disappeared and I missed my chance to save them to my hard drive.
