Studio Scale Base Star

Hey, we're almost on page 3 of the topics; thought I would bump this back up and ask (politely) if there has been any more progress.

So, any more progress ?

Thansk for the bump.

Yes, some minor progress. Just trying to find the last of the tiny bits. And the fact I'm trying to sell my house and have to be gone on weekend days for open house is making it hard to focuss as well as my German Sheppard passed last week after 13 years of friendship. I have had some emotions to get over and it's taking a bit.

But, It is moving slowly forward.

Mark, it's always hard losing a beloved pet. It's hard to explain to non-pet owners but they insert yourselves into your lives.

We've had three cats that have all lived 15-plus years and it's crazy but you miss their antics when they're gone.

My sympathies and hope your house gets sold soon.

Best,

Peter

I never said I was currently working with you on the Basestar project.

You know what it's all about Mark.

Well I don't know what it's about, must be an inside joke thing. :confused

George is painting up a test shot of the soon-to-be re-released Monogram Base Star kit. I think there is a separate thread on this topic now.

Well, It's all and good that they are re-releasing the Monogram one but
I, for one, and waiting for this awesome studio scale one.:love

Hows progress coming on it?

Moving can really suck. Of course, if it is to a larger place at least you'll have more space to fill ! What is the market doing in SoCal these days ? I guess if you are buying and selling it is all very relative, if the prices are up, you get more for what you have, but pay more for what you buy and vice-versa if the market goes the other way.

Just remember to pack the masters carefully !

realestate sucks in California right now. I am priced under market and still slow at getting a buyer to commit. 97 days on the market and still nothing. It's a ranching community as it is. 3 acre parcels here with 3k to 4k square footage for the homes. Horse trails through out the neighborhood. Problem is, they are all propane and propane for 7-9 months cost between $485.00 - $600.00 a month! We get in the single digits in winter with snow, ice and lots of frost. Summers are well, HOT! Right now its 102 at 5:28pm:eek It was 86 at 07:30 this morning. And that brings me to the electric bill, $500.00 - $700.00 a month:eek:eek:eek:eek those factors coupled with a very large mortgage
leaves me flat ass broke by the end of the month so it's time to sell!

Patterns are VERY safe:cool

Good luck with the sale Mark. I'm getting ready to list my house and am not looking forward to it. Post an update when you can. I can't wait to see the completed work.

If it means driving down to help you move I'll do it, to help keep the patterns safe. Great work, hate to see them damaged.
Good luck with the sell, and I understand the house crunch right now. I live in the nations 5th largest fore closer area.
