Studio scale A-wing Scratch-build

That's looking great! I don't see that many people working in wood...Are those final pieces or are they bucks for vacuforming?

You are right blind squirrell those are the vacuum plugs/bucks.:thumbsup

Worked out a plan for attaching and detaching the engines during construction and painting.
 
A little bit out of order, but this is how the engines were formed, out of 3MM styrene.

Worked out the bulkhead plug that sits behind the canopy, smoothed it out with bomdo and formed it.

Wow! Very exciting build. I absolutely love scratch builds. I think it's a lost art that is starting to make a come back.
