has anyone heard much about these guys?

it seems they have a lot of cool 1:1 statues and dinosaurs etc

it looks like they are an Aussie company that ships from Europe (or something like that)...shipping to the USA is somewhat costly

their prices seem reasonable, (even with shipping)...i'm kinda surprised i hadn't heard much about them until recently

how is their quality? anybody (from the USA) bought from them?

thanks!

They sculpted most of the 1:1 statues for Muckle. I have the 1:1 Master Chief and its pretty nice if you repaint it. Most of the MC armor kits were cast off that sculpt.

Heard/read a lot about them, so far I haven't come across anyone who had bad experience.

They offer big pieces (usually lifesize), at affordable price. Their primary market is theaters and video rental stores, but they sell to individual customers as well.

One of the most "famous", well know figures they did lately is lifesize T-600, from Terminator Salvation.

Yeah, I guess SIDESHOW had plans to distribute those T-600's but it fell through.

They're prices aren't too bad. That life size T-rex they have is just off the charts. I'm kinda surprised no one has pulled the trigger on that beast. Even at around $5K....:love

I'm really a sucker for 1:1 statues, but the time and work to put one together seems to be daunting. These sure are plug and play. Most of them are around $2000 shipped to the USA.

Yep, from what I know, Sideshow was in preparations to distribute few pieces of the T-600, but something happened, and it never happened.

In my opinion, prices are really OK. Statues aren't extremely detailed and true replicas, but more of a representations. But I don't mind that at all, I really like their pieces.

I have recently exchanged PMs with the guy who has their T-Rex diorama, and that thing is really big, and awesome looking. When I saw it in his collection, it actually looks better and bigger then what I have imagined judging by pictures on their site.

I think they deserve more customers :)

Just bumping this back up in the hope of getting some more opinions.

I guess all their stuff ships to the USA from a company called Muckle in Germany.

I'm most interested in finding out about the finish quality of their statues?

thanks

I bought there t-rex diorama from them and it came from Australia, and they shipped it to me all the way up in Canada :D, They packed the diorama vary well for me and they quality and support they gave me was amazing i would deff buy from them again, Paint job on my rex looks great. Did you get the version 1 or 2? It looks pretty killer. :cool

I have the Iron Man 2 Clean Version. It looks pretty neat, altough you should not expect sideshow-like screen accuracy.

I've seen that HCG sells it for $3999.95. Since I live in germany the retail price does not skyrocket from shipping and custom fees, so I paid around $2.300, depending on the exchange rate you happen to have.

I say, it's quite okay for 2.3k, but I wouldn't be willing to pay 4k.
