Stripping Kryon paint from resin?

Hi

I''m looking for info on stripping Kryon spray paint from resin. The piece has snapped at a thin fragile place and looking to clean it off before i start with the bondo.

All advice appreciated

I've used Castrol Super Clean to strip paint and chrome plastic plating without damaging plastic and it works like a charm. I'm pretty sure it'll work just fine for resin as well but you may want to test it on a small area first.

I've used Original Scent PineSol. It takes about 12-24 hours to soak.

I always use Easy-Off Oven Cleaner. Spray the piece in a bag and let it sit.

Be outside in a well ventilated area and don't get it on your skin!! :eek

Lacquer thinner will take it off immediately, and won't harm the resin. Wear gloves and work in a ventilated area though.

Screwfix carry a product called Graffiti Remover - Works wonders on removing paint and does not harm resins or plastics.
