that was the idea evil henchman while on duty, usual chore guy off it!

would love to do the armor, but as you can see i'm a big bloke and I can't ever recalled seeing a chunky stormtrooper :lol

Love the pics. I'm in the same boat armor/chunky wise.
I'm supposed to go snowboarding next Feb and also want to fit armor sometime so trying to lay off the pizzas for 6 months

Mines good mate, on with my scout trooper lid now. The pep is finished and am at the resin stage. This one won't be wearable as It's going to be sliced up. I'm also in the process of making my own vac forming table!

Looks like you have your casting method sussed! Looks mint.
