Started, Adam Savage toolbox

I need to build a portable toolbox I can take to work and since Adam has been extolling the virtues of his two boxes I decided to build. Of course me having to do things the hard way I started by building one virtually using Solidworks. See attached for virtual Adam Savage toolbox. Not being Adam I don't think I will get the box built in one day even though I will have the Solidworks stuff done in one day except for all the parts drawings. I will post the drawings and updates as things go on. In addition all the parts from this box will be from McMaster Carr and can be purchased from them.

You plan on making it out of paper?

I wasn't going to. I posted in the wrong forum as the result of midnight posting after eight hours of straight Solidworks. But now that you bring it up, making one out of cardstock as gag might actually be fun. The real challenge would be making if so good that it wouldn't be easy to tell the difference and then switching the boxes on Adam.
