Anybody know where I can get a resin kit or 3D print of a Za'tarc Ring Weapon?

That could be modeled just like the original, but prints don't seem to be readily available.

BTW, I noticed that the props for SG1 were frequently made from common objects. I was fortunate enough to have gotten the highlighter pens used in the binary Goauld toxin device before they disappeared but I missed out on the car air freshener future SGC badges.
