Stargate SG! Replicator

Here is something I got for the wife for her Stargate SG1 Collection. This is a kit by WARP.

I have had it in storage for many years, Thanks to help here I got a hold of the instructions.

Not an easy build. Most blocks had to be drilled and pinned. Took 2 weeks to complete.

I've always wanted to do a replicator bug but the drilling and pinning sounds like a major pain. Anyone know of any other options?

Drilling And Pinning? Is that what you are supposed to do? Mine just put themslves together on their own. Come to think of it there was a problem with the lights flickering when that happened.
