Stargate SG-1 - Hero jaffa gauntlets?

Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone knows whether the Jaffa gauntlets used in SG-1 had both hero and background/stunt versions which were leather lined. Also did the gauntlets for main characters have the character's or the actor's name inside? From Propstore's website it appears to be character names but was this always the case?

Thanks

Thanks Alec. Sorry if this is a bit of a newbie question but I take it if the CoA doesn't say the gauntlets are associated with x character that the link between the actor and the item is tenuous at best.

All my Jaffa pieces are from Legends, but from what I've seen.

Prominant 'named' Jaffa characters (usually recurring major roles) got the character name put on them like most of the other hero costumes. If you really pay attention when watching, they had/used a core group of people for Jaffa over and over..... so Jaffa costumes probably got the last actor or stunt man's name on it that wore it for every day shooting since there is some adjustment to things like the arm bracers. So if you have a piece thats got an actors name, you can probably assume that person wore it last is all.

Thanks. I got all mine from Legends too. Most of mine have got multiple stickers with actors' names on them. I hear what your saying about the gauntlets which I suppose is why they have something like copper behind the leather lining to help with the shape. My gauntlets say Teal'c, which is why I was wondering.
