Boy, I've been rewatching the little clips, and everything feels so NATURAL. Makes the PT look like a Greek chorus wearing masks and chanting. I love it! I'm gonna pretty much die when this trailer hits.

I'm trying to keep emotions and expectations in check but that 3rd clip gave me goosebumps...

There's actually a part of me that loves the feel of the prequels. I'm a sucker for space opera and that broad, stylized look really nailed that.

Taken for what it is, it works, but I prefer the looser feel of ANH and ESB. Like they grabbed a few kids off the beach in LA and gave them laser guns :lol

Poster is awful photoshoped crap! Even if Drew didn't want to do it couldn't they have used real art by someone else? It lacks composition and is way too busy and heavy handed a lot of the fan art posters are better. As for the film the Deathstar looking super weapon has me worried that the movie is just going to be a retread of the OT with nothing original to offer. I shall set my expectations for the final trailer very low 
Okay so what's up with Adam Driver in the XWing suit. I'm sure this has been discussed but I'm not searching through 710 pages to find it. [emoji12]

So far everything points to that IMO. Same TIEs, Luke is a hermit, who apparently completely gave up his responsibility to rebuild the Jedi, etc. What was that last movie called "End of the Jedi"? No I believe it was Return of the Jedi. I hope I'm wrong, but it seems like they were scared by the Prequels to do anything other than a mildly updated OT.

As for the movies themselves, even if they are just a "rehash" of the OT, I can think of a lot worse things. As for Luke, we don't know the particulars of what's going on with him. If he is a hermit, I assume there is a reason for it. He is a bonafide Jedi so technically the Jedi did "return" but he does need to fulfill Yoda's dying directive to "pass on what he's learned". I imagine they'll explore that.

Luke's disposition in the film is explained in the film. He's in exile for a specific reason. There was a Jedi Academy, I'll just say that. The little creature next to R2 is Maz. And that is the Starkiller Base, an entire planet that has been transformed into a weapon way beyond a Death Star.

i too am hoping it shows up online sometime tomorrow... i dont watch ESPN and cant sit threw a football game or baseball game.. heck i dont even know what game is playing at the time of the trailer release? anyone know?
