STAR WARS Rebels new animated series!

Get a room you guys, geez... :lol

I don't think bringing Ahsoka or the clones back is forced at all. As long as the character makes sense to have in the story it's fine. I would think any surviving Jedi would have a very hard time sitting back and not doing anything to help the Rebels.

I thought that the Grand Inquisitor was the one they killed last season, I guess not, I guess that GI refers to someone else entirely.

It was. Filoni says he was seen in the CW, but we didn't realize it was him. 3:50 mark in the RECON video.

I thought that the clarification on the size of the interior of TIE fighter was very informative, like the guy who asked the question about the TIEs, I always thought that the insides of the TIEs in Rebels was way too roomy, but it looks like the actual sets were that roomy. I think that video makes an interesting point on the way that certain lenses can alter the way things appear. I know from my own personal experience at where I work that you can't always trust photography, what may look like a straight on shot (front or profiel) may not actually be as straight on as it seems and you might actually be getting a bit of lens distortion without realizing it.

The only time I know of that species showing up on CW is in the unfinished (but still canon) episodes of the four part story staring with A Death on Utapau.

If we did actually see him, then it might be someone who wore a mask or helmet and we were unaware or the species at the time.

Is this the first we've heard of him being the "Grand Inquisitor"? I never got the impression he was the leader of the Inquisitoriate, or whatever they're calling it, but it sounds like he was? Interesting that they killed off the leader (who you would assume would be the most capable) first and only now are giving us the underlings.

I get the idea that they killed him off for the drama of the others jockeying for the top spot.

One thing I'd thought of, is the episodes where they were trying to kidnap Jedi kids. Maybe that's where all the inquisitors came from. Only thing is, I don't think the ages would work out.

I suppose it's possible? I think the names (or lack of) are noteworthy. We oddly never hear the Grand Inquisitor's name and the two new ones seem to be known only as the Seventh Sister and the Fifth Brother. Wonder what's behind that?
