Star Wars Phantom Menace Darth Maul Lifesize 1:1 Bust That I Painted Up.

I never used my air brush and hand painted the bust using wash and dry brush techniques.
The sith eyes are hand painted and I added an earring in his ear.

Darth Maul is harder to paint than I originally thought as the tattoo design was a pain to replicate.
I plan to make a life size mannequin display with this head and I have the costume , motorcycle boots and his lightsaber.

The Ray Park likeness is perfection and this sculptor is a magician with his hands

I wanted the paint up to look like oil based grease make up like he wore in the movie.
It was tricky to do but I think that I captured the overall look.

The tattoos I freehanded and they were tough for accurate placement.
Maul is not an easy paint up.
