Star Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi (tv series)

I still dont know why Padme fell for Anakin.

Most probably because it's a female feeling of nurturing the people in their life. He avenged his Mother and he can be forgiven for the emotions he felt at that moment...the killing of women and children is mainly a reaction that not just one individual is responsible for his Mother's suffering but the whole race/tribe is part of said suffering.

In dialogue from ROTJ, Padmé is implied to have survived for several years, give or take -- since I reject the notion newborns can remember how anything looks when they can't focus their eyes yet.
I always figured that was an example of Leia's innate connection to the Force. In ESB, Luke was able to see the future. In RotJ, Leia speaks of what she thinks are memories, but were actually her memories of visions she'd had of Padme in the past. I'm okay with that being a "Force power" she was able to use intuitively at a young age.

I also like the theory that what kept Anakin alive after getting burned was his hatred for Kenobi. We all know that hate can be a powerful motivator and I'd imagine it's what bought him enough time until Palpatine showed up (not that he was aware that Palpatine was coming to rescue him). Can we acknowledge that for the flaws of ROTS, that shot of Palpatine kneeling down to Anakin on the lava bank is still one of the coolest shots in the entire saga.
There were a LOT of cool shots in the prequels, the problem was when characters started talking…

I hope I'm not the only one who wants this new Obi-Wan series to be a whole lot of PTSD and mess of frenzied flashbacks. We need to see Obi broken, scared, afraid, and nervous. During the six episodes he is able to heal, understand and clear his head and come to terms with all of the angst he's been living with since Mustafar.

I accidentally came upon a website claiming new footage was coming out in the next few days.

There was also a Youtube link to (what seems like) a legitimate behind the scenes shot from the show.

For those who care to see it >
