A show based on flashbacks you say... hrm ?Based on The Mandalorian and BOBF the first images and teaser/first trailer showed images from the first/second episodes only, so I would expect everything we're seeing is Kenobi EP1/2 from only a few years since EP3.
I was thinking I read there was either going to be a time-jump after a few episodes or the series was going to be told in flashbacks like the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.
No the parents will have New World money so can afford LambrettasI cant wait to see the parents of the Vespa kids show up in this to save Kenobi. Theyll be riding the same vespas so we get the origin story.

I'm holding out for this...I feel my interest waning rapidly…
It would be absolutely hilarious if they went balls to the wall crazy and told an over the top Jar Jar story. Just a straight up comedy.
Totally agree!Well they're good at nostalgia bait. Seeing Ewan and hearing Duel of the Fates was cool, I'm not gonna lie. John Williams is a genius, no doubts about it. But seeing those Inquisitors just makes me groan. The one played by Moses Ingram actually looks cool and threatening. The others? They look like goofy translations from Rebels and seeing that moronic hampster wheel lightsaber? Double groan.... I don't need to see Rebels in live action.
So he's leaving Tatooine, which we knew from the behind the scenes trailer released a few months ago. I have my misgivings about that. I have lots of concerns but I will say to it's credit seeing Ewan reprise the role and having another shot at bringing Obi-Wan to life is intriguing. I don't know that I can really be excited per se, but it does show potential. How well that potential is realized is yet to be seen.
