This is a build log of my Star Wars inspired Electrobinoculars that were used by Luke Skywalker and other Rebels on Hoth in The Empire Strikes Back. The base is an old, non-functional Radica Sub Assault handheld video game. I CNC machined most of the other parts from acrylic or aluminum, with a found part thrown in here and there. The painting is a combination of spray paint and airbrushing and the weathering and chipping was done by hand. I finished it off with a matte clear coat and a leather strap
