Star Trek: Voyager PADD

I have a photo of a Voyager PADD that I thought that I would like to make a screen from. Wanted to know if anyone had a clearer pic of the screen. I've come up with a concept PADD that I would like to put that graphic on that PADD. I like the BORG & since most of the later episodes of the seasons were mostly around the BORG, I thought I'd try to clean up the graphic to display on the concept PADD

Do you have any info about which episode the screen is from?

I don't have a clue but I'm thinking it's from the 4th or 5th season. I'm looking through the episodes and haven't ran across it yet. I found this PADD photo on photobucket while I was looking for a PADD variation of Neelix's PADD & just a small PADD. The screen caught my eye, and thought about using it to make an electronic PADD with the help of GMPROPS down the road.

The borg cube graphic looks like one from Best of both worlds part 1... when they are talking in engineering
