Rob,

It is a Porsche lamp I believe (I can not see the auction at work)... the one I saw a few years ago in a nice little boutique was about $600.00, so $400 is not bad.

It's silver but I'm looking into getting a black one from the same seller. If that doesn't work out, I'm gonna disassemble it and repaint it black.
