Star Trek V Marshmallow Dispenser

Remember the Fifth Star Trek movie? (if not, it's probably better that way) I am interested in 3D printing a functional marshmallow dispenser prop. Is there anyone who could create STL files for this prop?

Here's a photo reference:

I think I still have the functional version Kraft foods came out with along with the movie. It even came with a plastic fork and spoon. :lol

Don't you mean a "marshmelon"? :p

heh... funniest part of that movie...

So great people are responding to this post!
What I'm really looking for is Measurements, the basic shape, etc.

(Seriously though, how come nobody's done this prop yet?)

After a few failed attempts at printing, I decided to print each part in half.
Here's the end resultIMG_0530.JPG
Now it's a matter of applying Bondo, sanding, and painting. After all that, it's "marshmelon" time

Now I've puttied it and primed it. still reeks of primer so I'm not going to risk putting the "marshmelons" in just yet.

I also realized that the prop they used in the movie was much bigger, but at this point I'm not even going to bother with accuracy, I can always make a Mark II. There's not enough references for the actual prop, just the little toy the released in 89. So I implore anyone reading this, what color should this thing be? Federation colors I bet

Most of it is grey. The area where your thumb is had a 4-color rainbow that runs length-wise.

You can see it right before the marshmallow pops out.

It looks like the same colors on that kit in post 4. So it's red, orange, green, blue. But if you watch the scene, it kind of looks like that orange stripe is yellow. It's a difficult read due to the fire light, among other things.

I made the rainbow in Photoshop and then applied it with PVA glue (Elmer's glue)

Colorwise, I decided to make it a mix of TOS and TNG. All it needs now is the Marshmelons :)

Here it is! Loaded with marshmelons! Fits about four of them (the one sticking out was a fifth) A perfect addition to the campfire, as well as a good round of "Row Row Row your Boat"
