Star Trek TOS Disruptor build...WARNING A LOT OF PIX

Here are a few pix of a project I started a few weeks ago, nasty weather, a case of the flu....what else is there to do but build a disruptor!! :love as you will be able to tell I could not decide which version wanted!!?? almost finished.....need to finish up the scope for the Klingon version :wacko Not exactly accurate but thats ok with me!!..............everything on this build was made from wood, plastic, and Bondo!! LOL

first I found a bunch of pix and screen caps....then drew them up to the size as best as I could tell.
then I cut out each piece on the paper.....traced them on to the wood, then cut out those shapes with a jigsaw!! glued the parts together not concerned too much about the fit as all gaps would be filled in with putty.........shaped the parts with a belt sander and sanded by hand then lots of putty and filler primer sand and repeat.....many times until smooth and free of air bubbles and such.
the small pieces were made with metal washers, pvc pipe, wooden dowels, and styrene plastic!
