I do have to say—and I never thought I would be saying this—but one of the best examples of acting in Star Trek, came right here—and it came from, of all things, Star Trek: Picard.:oops:

They are having snowball fights in Hades right now…

The best explanation for all of Star Trek Picard, it's the mad ramblings of Mrs Carmichael from "Time's Arrow".
Season 3 will end with the cast dressed as characters from a Midsummer Night's Dream dancing around and the voice over at the end will be Mrs Carmichael's very Oirish accent saying "fairies skip hence". I know, as I've had access to all 10 episodes! :rolleyes:

I didn't know that Todd Stashwick had been in a couple of Enterprise episodes as a Vulcan who was actually a Romulan spy.

We've only seen the first act so far, and the next four episodes will be the meatier second act, in which we will probably see Geordi and Worf reunite with the rest, maybe a bit of Deanna, and we'll probably see Lore too. The last two episodes will the third and climactic act. Based on the strength of the first act, I want to see more, and I'm hoping my patience will be rewarded.

Marina Sirtis moved back to the UK. She stated that she was sick of the political climate of the US. So we may only see her over Zoom for the series.
 
So…now I’m wondering if Picard didn’t actually die at the end of season one and was never replaced with PIC 2.0.

Maybe the last two seasons were his mind preparing itself for death, and at the last second they revive him.

He wakes up and the TNG crew are all standing by his bed. Beverly has just cured him and the rest are telling him that he’s been in a medically induced coma for a week as She’s been developing a cure for his disease.

They tell him that there was no way he would ever deal with something like this alone and they’d always be there when he needed them.

After they all leave, Beverly begs him for his forgiveness and then ushers Jack into the room…

We know from Voyager that Holodeck power is incompatible.

The fact his name is Shaw, same as Robert Shaw AKA Captain Quint, isn't a coincidence. If you are going to steal, steal from the best. Even had him hopped up on painkillers to parallel Quint being drunk. That doesn't impact my enjoyment, it's a great scene.

The dude had a broken bone sticking out of his leg, and was STANDING in the bridge giving orders!
