Greeting. 1st of all I'm sorry if this post is not at the right place
I'm planning on building a romulan republic fleet admiral costume for my cosplay. But having some problem with the force field armor which is the bright bluish glow armor. This armor has a transparent and glowing look to it, so i'm asking for some build tips/advises on how to fabricate/build the armor from material and construction, considering that I never build something this advance.
